We offer three electrode boiler models:
EK1 - from 3 kW to 10 kW (heating area from 30 to 180 m2)
EK2 - from 10 kW to 20 kW (heating area from 180 to 370 m2)
EK3 - from 20 kW to 30 kW (heating area from 370 to 560 m2)
The choice of the electrode boiler model depends on the heating area.
Based on this are the following parameters are defined:
- the required electrode boiler capacity
- the required current of the normal operation of the electrode boiler
- the required section of the supplying cables
The electrode boiler does not supply energy the whole time it operates, as the heating unit is off for most of the time,
and it is only the pump that operates constantly.
SINGLE PHASE BOILER - EK-1
It consumes electric energy during 1/3 - 1/4 part of the time, i.e. 15-20 min per hour, or 6-8 hours per 24h.
During this time only the electrode boiler operates with its rated power.
Example: Electrode boiler EK-1 with 6 kW power will spend 6 kW for the period of 6-8 hours per 24h only, i.e. 36-48 kW.
The total consumption per month will be 1080 - 1440 kW. According to the current electricity prices the monthly electricity
bill will be approximately 194 - 260 BGN.
THREE PHASE BOILER EK-3
It consumes electric energy during 1/5 - 1/7 part of the time, i.e. 8.5 - 12 min per hour, or 4-6 hours per 24h.
During this time only the electrode boiler operates with its rated power.
Example: Electrode boiler EK-3 with 15 kW power will spend 15 kW for the period of 6-8 hours per 24h only, i.e. 60-90 kW.
The total consumption per month will be 1800 - 2700 kW. According to the current electricity prices the monthly electricity
bill will be approximately 324 - 486 BGN.
